When I did informal interview with my friend, I realized time management is important factor for the good interview. When I interviewed my friend, interviewing time was a bit longer than I expected because the conversation sometimes headed to the direction that is not directly related to the subject of the interview. I think formal interview has a limited time for it. So, I thought it would be very important to keep the direction of the interview very clearly. Also, I thought it would be better to clarify whether the answer I want for the question is short or long, so that I can interview in more efficient way.
